Alongside our two bright, light-filled studio spaces, large but not cavernous, we offer calm, comfortable rooms designed to support focus, privacy, and ease for both practitioner and client.
Workspaces that work around you
Choose from our treatment rooms, standalone cabin, office spaces, or two studio spaces. Book by the day or half day, with monthly retainers on request. No leases. No long-term commitment, just space to grow.
Client privacy:
Some treatment rooms and the cabin use a separate entrance so you can have the option for clients to never have to pass through communal areas.
Room Hire & Community Memberships
Our pricing structure has been designed to support a range of ways of working at The Space — from occasional room hire and co-working through to long-term resident memberships.
We want The Space to remain flexible, accessible and supportive for therapists, teachers, freelancers, creatives, independent practitioners, charities and small businesses at different stages of growth, while also encouraging consistency, connection and community through regular use of the space.

Everyone who works from The Space becomes a member and part of our wider community. Depending on how you use the space, you'll be welcomed into one of our complimentary community memberships, designed to support different ways of working while fostering connection, collaboration and a sense of belonging.

Regular Weekly Use & Retainers
If you’d like the same room on the same day(s) each week, we offer retainers. Pricing depends on room and demand.
Work doesn’t need to be indoors and intense. It can be spacious, grounded, and deeply sustainable.

Practical Details
Arrival & Access

Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking (or up to one month in advance for retainer bookings).
Insurance
Practitioners must hold appropriate professional insurance.
Accessibility
Please let us know about any access needs and we’ll advise on the most suitable room.

We ask for quiet, respectful use of shared areas; confidentiality is paramount.
